My story

For ten years I built PaulCamper, a campervan sharing marketplace. From the first idea through several funding rounds and international expansion to the sale. A success, at a high price.

I was often overwhelmed, stressed, out of balance, sometimes ill. I know the sleepless nights and being alone with responsibility and decisions. Many founders feel the same.

What helped me wasn't the next how-to. It was working with my own coach. Every time I solved one of my issues, the company grew. Along the way I understood how we entrepreneurs tick.

That's what I pass on today. I combine my experience as an entrepreneur with an eye for what really matters and what stands in its way.

Clarity and growth for a more fulfilling life, for me and for you. That's what drives me most today.

My approach

When you tell me about your operational challenges, I look behind them. The industry doesn't matter much. The entrepreneurial issues are universal.

I don't work on you. I offer you a space. How you use it is your call. It's a place where you can think out loud and gain new perspectives.

I take on different roles. As a coach, I ask the questions that lead you to your own answers. As a mentor, I share my experience and connect you with people who can move you forward on a specific issue. As a sparring partner, I challenge you and question your assumptions.

I'm direct and unconventional, and I go deep, fast. What matters to me is that things become visible, because that's when they can change.

Working together

1:1 sessions every two weeks. Structured and prepared on both sides. Focus on clarity, decisions and execution.

CEO hotline. When critical decisions come up between sessions, you're not on your own.

Writing it down. When we hit a topic, I'll encourage you to write about it. What comes out is often fundamental. We take it into the next session.

We start with six sessions. Then we decide together whether and how to continue, at a fixed monthly fee.
